When you complete our enquiry form or rent calculator we collect the details you give us, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode, property type, number of bedrooms, whether you are a landlord, and any message you send. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs, and we store your cookie preferences as described in our Cookie Policy.
We use your enquiry details to respond to you, to arrange a viewing, and to prepare and discuss a guaranteed rent offer. The lawful basis for this is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Where we send you marketing, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We use technical and cookie information to keep the site secure and working, and, with your consent, to measure how it is used and to support our marketing.
